This unit includes a self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system along with a rain roof membrane, door hood, and exterior floor angles to withstand outdoor use. The condensing unit uses a combination of microchannel coils, energy-efficient compressors, and dual-speed EC motors for optimal performance and efficiency. This unit’s box is hardwired, and it requires a 208/230V electrical connection for operation.
The 26-gauge Acrylume® coated steel, stucco embossed panels have an R-value of 29 and are coated with corrosion-resistant acrylic paint for long-lasting use. They use a cam action locking system and compression gasket to form rigid, air-tight joints for the perfect fit. Inside the panels is 4" thick AK-XPSF rigid foam that not only helps the cooler operate efficiently and maintain consistent temperatures but also helps give it exceptional structural integrity.
This walk-in cooler's floorless design comes with vinyl screeds that sit flat against an existing leveled surface for a tight seal and enhanced structural support.
Workers can easily access the cooler's contents through your choice of a 30" or 36" wide door that boasts two adjustable spring-assisted hinges and a heavy pull handle with a key lock. A door closer provides additional smooth closing, while the three-sided magnetic gasket securely latches the unit shut. For safe use, an easy-grip, glow-in-the-dark safety release is included inside the unit to prevent accidental entrapment.
A digital LED thermometer is mounted on the exterior for simple temperature monitoring, while the interior is illuminated by a vapor-proof light for easy product identification.
This walk-in cooler is simple to install and comes pre-charged with environmentally friendly R448a refrigerant to maintain temperatures at 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
